Car collection was uneventful. Both guys at the counters were helpful and polite - the indian and caucasian gentlemen. All paperwork completed within 15 mins and off we went. The car was okay. Nothing to complain about. Frankly, when i saw so many 1 star reviews, i was concerned. But that was unfounded. Thankfully for me, at least.
