        I needed to confirm my xmas holiday booking and have been trying for four days. They don't answer emails or phone calls and the booking system does not work so I assume you are out of business?... I have cancelled my booking. GO rentals 2 minutes away on 165 Beach road have both cheaper prices and better cars, Very disappointing, wont be back

        TERRIBLE SERVICE. They charge for administration services what they want and they even continue to deduct money from my bank account for very high amounts for services that I never requested and after 2 months I left New Zealand

        The best car rental I've ever seen. Best value for money! Very nice people, good attitude. We've been renting from them for 6 months quite often and never had any issues. Highly recommended.
