        Useless. I emailed straight after making booking to confirm about credit card and colour available. They confirmed must have Credit Card and Mustang available for my booking is red, only to get an email that went straight to spam to say booking was cancelled. Rang up when went to pick up and office was closed, to be told car is not available till a few days later. So basically left high and dry. Next time they should ring cancel a booking! That is the "SMART" thing to do. Just common courtesy. I recommend Hertz, they rent the same vehicle for a little cheaper. Only reason I went with "SMART" is because they had cool pics on Facebook.

        We hired the mustang as a wedding car and found Smart Car Rental very easy to deal with. The car had a bit of wear and tear but nothing major and great for the price!
