        Bought a travel lock from them and it is total junk that will not work. I have bought these locks before with no issues but these new ones that have in stock are total trash

        Very poor quality items which break within the warranty period and the store refuses to refund/repair/replace citing 'wear and tear'. The pants I bought ripped/disintegrated in the washing machine. They were undamaged before going in the machine, there was nothing sharp in there, and no clothes from reputable outdoor brands have been damaged in the machine. It is ridiculous to consider washing clothes as excess wear and tear. Manager was rude and unhelpful and tried to sell a bunch of patches to stick the pants back together, at $20 per patch. No thank you!
