        Disappointed.No service, no stock. I came several times and all the same. I decided to go to their store at Newmarket and faced the same difficulties. Obviously it is a company policy. We are very far from the services and offer we can have in Europe. I have just arrived in NZ and will move to a new appartement soon. I was looking for a set of beddings, all with the same color/style and compatible: duvet, 2 pillows, duvet cover, pillow covers, sheets, matelas protection sheet. 1) There is no proposal for a basic and comprehensive set of beddings. 2) You had to select one item from a brand/style, another item from another brand/style 3) No duvet. There was pillows but not the ones of compatible size with the bed pillow cover. 4) There was no one to advice. I look around to find someone. No one. I needed advice as there was a risk about compatibility when I had no other choice but to buy items across diversity of brands/style.
