The store had really good products for good deals but the lady at the shop was rude to us when we were kindly asking for the price of this item they were selling. We didnt even haggle with her or anything. It made us feel uncomfortable that we didnt buy it. Although, weve bought stuff here before when it wasnt that lady assisting us and the other people were nice to us.

I am surprised by the reviews because I have known Charlotte to be very lovely. I like seeing owners puttering about and there is always something new and fantastic to see in the shop. I highly recommend if you're looking for something above the fray for your home.

Nice pieces, but the lady that owned it made us feel most uncomfortable. Looking at furniture for our new home. Wont buy from here.

The owner has a seriously bad attitude. If she wishes to sell stock then a better customer friendly attitude would help. We would have happily purchased 3 items for our new house but we were not willing to support a business that made us feel like an annoyance. Some nice pieces though. A pity.
