I recently had the pleasure of purchasing products for 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 laundries with ABI interiors - I couldn't be happier with the results. The team at ABI is professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The products they provided were of the highest quality and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend ABI for any of your tapware and fixtures needs, you will not regret it. shout out to the awesome customer service team, especially Kai!

Really like there products ordered a few things but found out they would suit the set up we had after a few emails back and fourth wasnt getting anywhere due to miscommunication on both parts but a phone call from them sorted this issue out. Customer service is good and they take the time to try help thanks.

We placed an order for 3 bathrooms from ABI. The showers and taps etc were fine but the shower trap is unsuitable for use in New Zealand. After enquiring we found out this is a common problem and it isnt possible to create a water tight seal. We called ABI and the contact centre were essentially useless, despite speaking to multiple people no one knew what they were talking about. A manager from Queensland agreed to pick up the product as it was faulty and unusable however when we tried to arrange this the next managers we spoke to refused to honour this agreement. We wanted to place another order with them but as the customer service is so appalling we have decided to take our business elsewhere.
