Fantastic service. House was flooded in the Auckland floods so needed somewhere to store my things while we were searching for a new home. We didn't even ask for it, but they just gave us a complimentary month of insurance. If I ever need storage again, I know who I'll be going to.

I have just disposed of the goods I had stored at Ministorage (Cook Street) for 4 years (having used them off and on for over 15 years). The building is clean and secure. Always, they have been helpful, especially when I needed to downsize and I was able to move to the new unit almost immediately. They have a store where you can buy anything storage related, easy parking, trolleys to carry goods. Payment is easy using automatic payments, and there was no hassle to end the rental. 7 days notice was easy by email and refund immediately, where they waived the notice period because I had already emptied the unit.

We had a great experience with National Mini Storage. We are full time travelers and I was able to book the space while still in Australia. We stored some baggage while we toured the South Island. As our travel plans changed we were able to communicate with the office and they were able to help us out. A great experience!
