Absolutely outstanding service! My husband and I are world travellers with discerning taste and have been very impressed by the Point Residence portfolio of handpicked properties and the level of impeccable service we have received. Having our accommodation and dining needs managed by Manjit and her team has been a pleasure and a gift. When so many in the industry set the bar so low, the Point Residence team take pride in exceeding expectations and certainly have exceeded ours on multiple occasions. Point Residence provides excellence on every level; very clean, quality, well appointed apartments with considered furnishings and generous provisions; professional, caring and timely communication; all provided with grace, style and friendliness. But it's the service that will bring me back to Point Residence time and time again and will have me recommending them to family and friends. Afterall, when on holiday or away from home, having worries professionally taken care of for you is what you want! Stylish and Spacious Private Penthouse Apartment on the Harbor front We experienced a delightful and relaxing couple of days at the Point Residence upon arriving in Auckland early December. Manjid and Michael greeted us and personally showed us around the very beautiful and comfortably furnished apartment. Their high attention to detail was evident in the stocking of the pantry, refrigerator and wine refrigerator. The harbor front location in the Viaduct Marina precinct is strategically located with in easy walking distance to a number of top notch restaurants, bars and retail establishments. Michael and Manjid provided attentive and personalized service above and beyond our expectations. Assistance was provided in arranging transportation, and Michael delivered and navigated us through the ferry area to the correct queue for the Waeheke ferry. Upon request of a foam roller, one appeared almost instantaneously at the door. Nathan's breakfast service was the highlight of every morning. I could go on. But be assured, the entire experience was first class and I cannot imagine we would stay anywhere else on a return trip to Auckland.

What a phenomenal place and what incredibly personalized service! My husband and I have traveled to 55+ countries and stayed at hundreds of 5-star hotels/Airbnbs. We can say without a doubt that this place is one of the best ever (maybe a tie with the Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives!), and that means a lot since we're a picky gay couple. Thank you to the fabulous hosts for the amazing champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary, for the delicious food, and for the amazing dinner reservations. We can't wait to return. Thank you for making our stay in Auckland so memorable!
