        I needed to get my biometrics appointment done for my UK visa and there were never any appointments available. There is no contact number or email available to organise anything. I contacted VFS Global on Facebook who said they have no control over these appointments. If this is the case, direct us to someone who does have control over these. Ive had to book an appointment all the way in Wellington due to lack of availability. This needs to be made way less difficult than what it is.

        Hi there, I'm trying to make an appointment with the Auckland office to do a biometric scan for my mothers Australia visa but not having any luck. The website is rejecting my email address, which I use every day, and phone number is giving me nonsense options. I've sent you a message via Facebook and thought I'll leave a message on here as well. Thank you for any help you can provide.

        Zero way to get a refund for my document scanning which was not available at the christchurch centre even though it was an option when booking online, as the VFS Auckland contact number does not deal with UK visa apparently.

        I went here for Boimetric. Execlence service. I parked at Willson Parking Finance center $15 for early bird. And walked 1 min across the road to hexa building shape. Finished within 1 hour.
