My wife and I rented a property in Browns Bay through Jenny Sommers of Udy Realty. It was an excellent experience, all the way through. We had to break our lease early as we bought a house and Jenny and her team made the process painless. Highly recommend renting through this team!

Tracey Wheeler and Lisa Goodrick manage our property and at all times they've been fantastic to deal with. They're quick to respond, easy to talk to, and have gone above and beyond to try and resolve any issues that did arise with our property from time to time. As a result we've been able to leave them to do their job and stop worrying about the property because we know its in good hands. The law makes it pretty tough to be a landlord these days, but Tracey and Lisa have helped considerably and earned our trust. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone else.

For property management, I could not recommend Harcourts enough (more specifically Lisa Goodrick). Absolutely amazing service every time. The team is always polite and go out of their way to help solve any problems and/or requests. Communication is always on point. Thank you for such amazing work!

Lisa acted so promptly and efficiently to a difficult problem- a very large fallen tree located on the boundary of 2 properties. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly recommend her services for anyone looking for a property manager.
