        I should've asked the Indian lady that served me for her name but am assuming from previous reviews her name might be Shobna. In any case I was bringing my work pants again for the leg hems coming undone due to the washing machine or my foot catching on the hem stitching. I came expecting to pay for the first time it came loose and she said she'd fix that one leg for free and within an hour if I could wait. The second time another leg hem came loose she offered again to fix it for free and used a more firmer stitch meant for jeans on both hems to prevent further unravelling. Am so thankful for someone on a tight budget and as someone in customer service can recognize someone going above and beyond the call of duty. Previously I was not so enamoured with the service or communication but this experience has turned me around to being a loyal customer. Service: Hem repairs
