        About a month ago I visited the Mitre 10 Botany instore and made a purchase. The woman who served me did not greet, thank or speak throughout the entire interaction in which I came away feeling appalled by the lack of customer service. Today however I visited the Trades Department at this store and was promptly approached by a young man who was friendly, had a great smile and more than happy to assist with my enquiry which was quite the opposite of my previous experience instore. I feel that the Trades Department Botany could teach the instore staff a lot about professionalism and good customer service. My review score today is based on todays experience with the Trades Department and not my prior instore purchase.
