        I was a bit apprehensive going to a chiropractor as I had never been to one before, but the moment I stepped in the door, Shelley was great and put me at ease. Shelley does a great job at explaining what she is doing and why as she moves through the adjustments. I initially booked to help with pain in my ankle and lower back as I was training for a half marathon and her adjustments have helped immensely with my training. Id highly recommend seeing Shelley for your chiropractic needs
