        I am super appreciative of the confirmation of personal loan. Why I have marked a 1 star is, I have been a customer of Finance now for many years. You already have all my personal details. Photo ID, and I usually have current account. I pay on time every week never missing a payment in fact aim to paying earlier,yet none of thus seems to be taken into consideration. Suggestion if a current customer there must be away to pre-approve requests without the rigmorole. Yes check no details have changed but going through the whole thing is not great. On a great note once sorted you do action quickly Thank you Angela Rota
