Ace Redirect us to hertz even we arrive in business hour. Hertz staff is obvious not happy about this. Booked a SUV size car, got a small hatch. The issue get solved by calling several party and walking for long distance between airport and car park place with luggage. Hertz told us Ace intend to give us a cheaper class car. Waste too much time and energy to argue about the car size mistake. Hard to believe this dodgy thing happen in a country like New Zealand. Try to cheat the customer.

A lot of bad reviews which made me a little apprehensive. However, despite what my ticket said, they are open. On weekends and even provided a shuttle to pick us up free Sat 8.30am. The service from the guy was wonderful. We chose the mystery car deal. Which was cheaper than the cheapest vehicle. So even if it was the Aqua, it would still be cheaper. We ended up getting the Kia Sportage, so it was a big score. The vehicle was a newish model and was full of petrol and super clean. Very impressed and would definitely recommend. I'm a poor Mori boy and got more than I expected. Thanks Ace rentals.

Lovely staff with great customer service. Never used a hire company before so I was slightly anxious but they were great. Highly recommended.
