        I use Snap rentals in Queenstoen and the service has been exceptional. Unfortunately my experience in Auckland was not. Waiting for an hour for pick up, my flight was early so I used the pickup app, nothing, finally phoned them, very confused receptionst, couldnt locate my booking... finally they sent the van. I queried the driver as to what went wrong with my pickup notification, he replied his tablet was out of power, so he didn't get my notification. He didnt really care Tablet sitting on dash above cigerette lighter. Ever heard of a charge cable.

        They picked us up from the Auckland airport within 10 minutes, dropped us back off at the airport within 10 minutes, easy check in, easy check out and very friendly and helpful women that worked there. Car was good on gas and had no problems. Overall fantastic experience.
