Very poor service. They didn't have items in stock but didn't show the same while purchasing online. Galaxy lighting wanted me to wait for more than a month and offered a sensor light as compensation. However, in the end, they could supply only one item and had to refund for all other items, didn't give compensatory item offered. As I bought few items together, initially it was free shipping but they charged me shipping charges for one item they had in stock. Terrible trading and this is my first and last trading with Galaxy trading. Sorry for expressing my frustration here .

Absolutely love their service and how fast they delivered and installed our chandelier. They handeled the challenges really well and offered to take off our current chandelier and install the new one. Their communication is amazing and staff is really helpful. I highly recommend them to everyone who wants some unique lighting. Great team thank you again

We received our lights which were damaged and galaxy lighting wouldn't take responsibility for them. It's a real pity as we really liked the lights and 2 of 3 of them are perfect. We raised it with them explaining how great they were but one has a large dent and if they could get one of the lights replaced and they wouldn't help. Check your lights when you get them pre install everyone as I believe this companies customer service and responsibility is poor.
