Car broke down after purchase, terrible communication.

Liam was great to deal with, though the car developed serious mechanical issues shortly after purchase. Steve was very difficult to contact, and wont honor the Consumer Guarantees Act to cover repairs. Forced to take the claim to MVDT to get a response.

Fantastic experience at Car City Autos. Liam was professional and knowledgeable and worked with me to secure the right car at the right price. Nothing was a problem from a longer than usual test drive to installing a new stereo system all organised within a few days. Liam followed up a few days after I took the car just to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend these guys.

I first of all want to thank Liam for his unparalleled service and salesmanship. Clearly incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to cars, able to precisely match the perfect car to owner. I'm most grateful for liams sales style, honest, no pressure, no question too silly or too difficult. Whoever was responsible for previous poor feedback/reviews clearly doesn't work at Car City Autos anymore. Car City autos has a fantastic range of high grade, low km, European vehicles.
