AA Centre - Orewa

Best service ever! Had issues with my license and NZTA. Without the Orewa team I would never been able to get my license. They spent ages dealing with NZTA and are the only AA that bothered to help. Very professional

The manager here was absolutely awful and the definition of a 'Karen'. I got there just after 4.30, after waiting behind the customer in front of me, a woman came marching over and saw me holding my plates and said in the most sarcastic voice 'Well, we won't be helping you today!" I said "Oh okay" to which she replied "No, it's not okay, you can't expect me to tell the staff to work overnight for you" then belted out a ginormous laugh to which everyone turned around to see what was going on, was absolutely bizarre, i'm sure most people would have been extremely embarrassed by that. Regardless, I stayed in line and the whole process took no more than 2 minutes, the staff behind the desk were super helpful, friendly and efficient, a great contrast to what was experienced moments earlier. Not too sure what the manager was on about but clearly needs a psyche evaluation because that was not a normal human conversation.
