        Waiheke Auto Rentals deserve negative rating. They stole money from my credit card. Have filed a fraud case against them with Auckland Dispute Tribunal. Will post result once decision has been made. For everyone who want to rent a vehicle from these cunning low-life people who prey upon innocent customers, beware, they are scammers, fraudsters with pathetic service and they will steal your money!!! You have been warned.

        Booked a car seat that was advertised as NB-4yrs and unfortunately it wasnt suitable for a baby under 2 years old. It had no support so shouldve only been advertised as a booster seat. The car also had a tire in the boot (not a spare tire, it was due to be dropped off to the post office). Understand it wouldnt have crossed their mind I may have a pram in tow in an already snug car.

        Very DISAPPOINTING company ! I am a good man who follow rules everywhere I go. I did what you asked to refill the petrol and put receipt on dash board Right in the front. It was so Obvious even people like my grandma with one Blind Eye can NOT missed ! but you DID, you still charged me $33.65 for it which lead to my bank account overdraft today !
