Came for jeans shortening and hem tightening, clearly instructed the staff to shorten and tighten the hem part, she even made the necessary adjustments to the hem, the day I collected the pants, it was just shortened not tightened on the hem part, so I asked the lady why is that so, she said only shortening was listed on the receipt, so I had to pay another fee for hem tightening which was really frustrating because on the first meeting the old lady told me that the price I paid for was for shortening and tightening of the hem already, clearly, communications and writing down the EXACT alterations to be done would should improve. I went in for pants to be hemmed. The man pinned one leg. I asked if he wanted to pin the other leg, and he said, not necessary. When I went to pick them up, they were not the same length. The woman there did the required fix in 30 minutes. I thought it was expensive, at $35NZD
