        Sent a parcel to the US. Asked for it to be tracked. The tracking they gave only tracked it to the border of the destination country, not the actual address? This seems a bit useless. As it reached the country nearly 10 days ago (2 days after I sent it) but now Im told nothing can be done as I didnt pay for a tracking service. Even though I asked for it? Apparently theres a tracking option for it to be tracked to the address but I was never offered this. Even though its what I clearly asked for. Wouldve been happy to pay more if thats what was required

        Came there nice and early at standard opening time only to find they had a faded A4 sheet on the window stating due to cov19 level 3 conditions they are only open from 10am-3am. Would it have killed them to update this on their website? This virus is causing a lot of excuses.

        The Post Shop was great, the app still takes one to the wrong place though. The street number is correct - suggest looking up Paper Plus for correct navigation until Google maps sorts it out.
