        Yesterday I had to pick up a prescription which had been totally mucked up by my doctor's office. Kirsty was so kind and professional; I was very agitated and she dealt with the whole situation beautifully. I had gone to The Chemist Warehouse for a prescription previously but found them stunningly incompetent. Better to go to someone who knows what they're doing! Thank you.
