Came here to shop for suits and the staff - Ryan, was the best sales person we could ask for. He helped us a lot with great tips and advice on what suits would be perfect for the occasion and was extremely helpful. Thank you very much Ryan, you are awesome mate.

Great customer service! Bought a pair of jeans as was perfect fit and they mentioned that if I bought a second item I would receive a discount on that, but unfortunately I could not find a different style or colour in my size (they only had same colour/style/size as my first choice) so decided not to bother. However, after walking around the mall I couldn't find anything else that was even close to the value and quality of the item I bought, so went back to yd and asked if i could get a second pair. They initially said I needed to actually buy both items at the same time but their manager, Aleesha, took pity on me and offered the second pair with the discount! Very pleased with the purchase and especially happy with the service!

Awesome customer service by young male attendant Shuneel? Or Saneel? Sorry if I spelled that wrong! He was amazingly helpful in assisting us with our purchase & sizing. He was attentive & made good suggestions for my hubbys ensemble even though the store was super busy he made the effort to check in with us. Appreciate his great service, he is definitely an asset to the company. Visited last Sat 10 Sept.

Been to yd Onehunga quite a few times and every time the service I've gotten has been exceptional. Daniel especially stood out on this particular trip; he went above and beyond to help me out and made the trip to the store a pleasure.
