Booked a bus from Auckland to Hamilton and have cancelled travel due to cyclone...got flight credit but intercity would not even give a credit..no chance of refund in these circumstances! Not good.

Hello I went to catch the bus from christchurch intercity exchange to Dunedin. Got to office at 8am, no one in office as office closed, 2 buses parked outside, one saying Invercargill & one staying Queenstown. Waited 15 minutes rang office & they said the bus had already left. They hadnt marked Dunedin on the Invercargill bus & no office open to call & no driver called me so I missed the bus. I rang and was told I wasnt able to get a refund either. Need to work on communication & customer service.

I make the journey between Christchurch and Dunedin several times a year. Some of their drivers are rude to passengers one in particular. I do not know why they publish a timetable as they are usually late leaving and they are always late on arriving. I have had at least two trips in three years where the bus broke down.
