        We recently bought 2x E bikes from Hornby 99 bikes and couldn't be happier!! ... the bikes are fantastic plus the service & support has been amazing! A situation arose post purchase and it was sorted out above & beyond what they needed to (they weren't actually obliged to do anything!!) a big thanks to Emma, especially, for the excellent communication & professionalism. I would highly recommend shopping with these guys, they really know their stuff and value their customers :)
