I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service here, especially in comparison with other vehicle rental companies I have used in the past. My rental vehicle was in great condition, nice to drive, and reasonably priced, with per km rates well below the competition. I received great customer service from Anna, who was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I spoke to her needing a van last-minute after another company cancelled my reservation, and they managed to get one sorted for me in less than 24 hours. She communicated clearly the process and rental terms, which were reasonable - no predatory fine print or absurdly high insurance excess for being a young driver. Overall, the process was easy, I had a great experience, and I would use this company again. My only suggestions would be to include the option to hire tie down straps, and seriously improving your search engine optimisation - your site is one of the last google search results for vehicle rental in chch. Most people don't check the third page of results, which is a shame as you are likely losing business to companies which provide an inferior service. Had the other rental company not cancelled, I would never have known about your company.
