New Zealand Couriers

Some times my package makes it to my door, But other times it gets put in my letterbox which is visible to all . passers-by... THAT REALLY ANNOYS ME!!! Also package dosnt Always get scanned when delivered so I have no idea when it's there. Please don't be so lazy, Bring my parcel to my door thankyou. RANGIORA CUSTOMER

I had a parcel delivered by them. Although I was home at the time I knew I had a delivery because I heard the package hit the door as it was thrown from the delivery vehicle.

$79.50 to take a banana box weighing 5 kg from Christchurch to Wellington! I could have taken it on a plane myself for that. Deplorable price-gouging

Horrible experience, a parcel is sent to me which is supposed to be overnight, yet it stays in Christchurch for 3 days and still no delivery in Christchurch. It was an important parcel and It was so stressful to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. Anyone who is thinking of using this service should not. If I can give them a negative score, I would. I had to drive 30 Mins to pickup a parcel twice. Never using this service and not recommending anyone to do so .
