Worst place for glasses. I had covid a.few times and needed to cancel bit they require pre payment although i am with the aa. Will not go to this specsavers branch again

I had an incredible experience at Specsavers Hornby. From start to finish, the staff was amazing. Chloe was also fantastic. She guided me through the process of finding the perfect pair of glasses. Her friendly demeanor and ability to assess exactly what I needed made the entire experience a breeze. Overall, I couldn't recommend Specsavers Hornby more highly. Amazing friendly and informative. Lachlan the optometrist explained my prescription throughly but simply. Chloe took me through the process of finding the right glasses for me, explaining the different lenses with a professionalism not often encountered. She was friendly and knew just what I needed. Will definitely be returning.
