11.3.21 Helen has been absolutely fantastic and we would not hesitate to give her a 15 out of 10 rating. She has an incredibly friendly but professional manner and was very clear and methodical when it came to explaining any documentation to us. In any dealing we had we never felt pressured. She was patient when we asked questions and she was an excellent communicator, keeping us thoroughly informed. We reside in Invercargill and the investment property Helen sold for us was in Rolleston. The distance did not prove to be a barrier. In fact there were many times in our absence that Helen stepped in, going above and beyond the call of duty, to handle some property management issues. We really appreciated the way Helen and Tall Poppy Real Estate updated us with property reports on both the online and open home interest of our property. It gave us a much better perspective on any potential buyers. With advertising changing more and more to an on-line presence we felt that Tall Poppy Real Estate are ahead of their competitors in this arena.
