        Needed to open a joint account urgently for an ASB mortgage application. My usual branch (The Palms) is closed on Saturday, so me and the other parties went to ASB Northlands. I thought it might be a bit of a cumbersome process opening the new account, but the staff member who assisted us couldn't have been more helpful. The entire process took about 10-15 minutes tops. Very impressed.

        I can't get over how much better the service was then the palms branch. All I wanted to do was verify my ID to open am account. The palms made it so difficult even though they didn't have one customer said I had to make an appointment. Where the northlands branch was more then happy to help
