        Sean arrived about 9:10 and left 12:10p.m. he was polite, tidy, reasonably efficient. He had to leave to get a part...but otherwise job got done expeditiously. After he left, I did my own grouting of the new toilet base.

        Had a blocked Kitchen Sink. The customer service is very responsive, the job is quick and efficient. Invoice statement shows job details too. Very happy with the service! Thanks!

        Plumber turned up for 15 minutes and I was charged over $160. Wasn't able to fix original issue with water cylinder. If I knew I was being charged for a minimum of an hour, I would have asked him to clean the gutters or something to make up for the time. considering I was charged over $30 for van fees as well. Fixed tap ok. Just really annoyed by the price. I phoned to query this, but was told it was standard. Services: Faucet repair, Water heater repair
