What a treat to arrive at the beautiful front 1 bedroom apartment with remarkable water views and the lovely sparkling clean interior, tasteful fresh decor and lots of unexpected little touches. The Whittakers Chocolates sitting with tea and coffee sachets, a beautifully boxed soap in the bathroom, luxurious towels and crisp sheets, little lavender and Pohutukawa buds strategically placed. Its a perfect way to impress a guest. Well done team!

Busby Manor is the best place we have stayed in quite some time Our apartment was small, one bedroom ground floor, which we had requested, but spotlessly clean. Our every need had been thought of, even to the provision of a jute bag for our grocery shopping . The kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels provided. The whole complex was quiet, and within easy walking distance of Paihia village which had all we needed . We were impressed that management organises a morning tea for guests to interact and discuss things to do and see in the area, we found this helpful and picked up some sightseeing tips. Management also organise a wine tasting, which needed to be booked and paid for, we were given a generous nibbles platter, the winemaker was informative and entertaining ......a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. The memories of our week at Busby Manor will stay with us.....thank you so much to the staff there
