I thought about giving a lower star rating but I'm guessing they might have been understaffed and this might have been a fluke.

First thing, they don't cook their food on site!
They outsource their food from somewhere.
While ordering we instructed to make the food in an Indian authentic style.
We ordered Paneer chilly, Chicken Kadhai and three butter nans and was told to pick up after 30 minutes. I picked up the food after 30 minutes and went back to our motel and ate the starter - Paneer kadhai which tasted weird as if made in a thick sugar syrup and a ready made tomato sauce. In our opinion it as not a paneer chilly but a sugar paneer! A total shame on the name of the dish.
Next, we opened the box of Chicken kadhai and chicken was completely missing from Chicken Kadhai and had a paneer instead of chicken. I walked back to the restaurant and explained them what I ordered and what I actually got.
The lady spoke to someone over the phone from whom they outsourced their food. They admitted their mistake and ordered the dish again and a guy brought the dish in a bag and the lady pretended to have made onsite! She apologized but is it going to change anything?
I came back to motel, kids went to bed without having their dinner instead they had fruits for dinner which we bought from the supermarket. I'm glad they had fruits.
Me and my wife opened the box of chicken kadhai and had our first bite and looked at each other. The taste was horrible as the other review stated. The most disgusting thing we ever had which went straight to the bin. I did not bothered walking back to the restaurant as had already been there thrice and was tired. The nan were like the animal skin, too hard and chewy! A total waste of money and time.
They don't even deserve a Zero star so either avoid it or regret it!
