Spent and incredible weekend at Tarltons lodge, it was as advertised and more! Room was cosy and comfortable with every amenity you could ask for as well as few extra and much appreciated touches. Bed was especially good, and we had best night sleep weve had in ages. The private hot tub and view are the icing on the cake and exceeded our expectations. Rain or shine you can enjoy the totally private and peaceful setting, and we certainly did that. Peter and Katalina were great hosts and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of during our stay. Overall, a perfect getaway and highly recommended.

Immaculately cleaned rooms with a wonderful host in an amazing location. Being able to use the spa was lovely, and each room is perfectly private and serene. A must for anybody staying in the area- you will not be disappointed! Rooms: Perfectly clean with nice decor. Easy to tell that the owners take care of the space and of you as a guest.

This is an incredible spot and a great option for folks looking for a secluded getaway and home-base to explore the Bay of Islands. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating, and the view out over the Bay of Islands is just breathtaking. The spa was a fantastic addition and made for a truly relaxing stay. We would highly recommend!
