No complaints really. The shuttle to/from the airport was prompt. Our car was ready to go and got us from A to B both reliably and affordably. I chose the most expensive coverage option and it was still cheaper than the competitors. No shady business or questionable charges after returning the car. Pretty pleased with our mode experience.

Once we got our car the price, customer service and vehicle were all good. However, we booked through Car Flexi (a third party) and the only proof of payment was Car Flexi's name on our credit card statement. We had no idea where to go to pick up the car when we arrived at the airport. Finally, after asking at every desk at the airport we got a text saying Mode staff would come and collect us. There needs to be a better system for informing customers about who they are actually renting the car from and where to go.

Such a great experience from Mode. They were extremely prompt in arranging the car hire and delivery to and from the airport. Such great customer service. I booked my car rental with Mode and *another car rental company* through a third party and while I have immensely negative experiences with the other rental company, Mode provided a much better experience in the service. Thank you Mode!
