        When I reached out for some councilling through this company, I got a generic email stating they don't help with ONE of the things I mentioned. There were a few topics I mentioned, they never once said they could help with the others or referred me to anyone who could help... after this review I did get an email back explaining a little more on the subject. I understand the mental health in nz is under a lot of strain. But I hope that a little more compassion can be offered to new clients attempting to ask for help.
