        Big Team Tony Tang, too big and busy to care. Broken promises, never answered his cell phone, even the branch manager himself was using 'too busy' as an excuses for poor customer services. Don't make promises you can't keep. If you say you will call customer back, then do it within 24 hours, at least. Our feeling is that these guys did not take long term views with us, if you are not cash/preapproved buyers, they are not really interested in you as customers, end of the story.
