F45 Hamilton Central is just amazing. Their workouts are always super challenging and exciting. Everyday is different and not boring at all. The main pillars of this studio are the trainers. All the trainers are amazing. They are very professional, friendly, always enthusiastic supportive and motivating people to do their best. They also understand each individual's needs and their fitness goals and assist them in achieving it appropriately. I have been to many gyms but the best thing about F45 is the trainers demonstrate and explain the workouts at the begining of the session and also they move around the class during the workouts to provide extra help and to modify exercises if needed. Also the after workout stretches are very helpful. The studio always looks super clean and the equipments are well sanitised before use. Friendly environment and are welcoming. Love the team effort and their energy!!! If you are looking for a change in your fitness level, then F45 is the one for you. Just loving and feeling great to be a member at F45 family.

No two workouts are ever the same so it never gets boring. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and the camaraderie is fantastic. A great crew!
