As an end user I'll give my 2c worth. The software, which I use via an app on my phone, looks like it was designed in 1980! It is poorly thought out, with tiny fonts where you enter your password (beware, you need a magnifying glass) and terrible navigation. Hit the sign in button carefully, because, uh oh, the screen will scroll away! Constant retyping of passwords will result in being locked out for days, left with the "You have made 3 attempts in the past 5 hrs". It requires new passwords way too often. Asking for a password reset code by sms will have you waiting half an hour, and ask for the link to come via email??? Never revieved an email in 2 years so who knows where those reset messages go? And when you do get in, be prepared to spend ages trying to work out what the heck anything means. In short, super clunky, not user friendly , and downright frustrating. I only use this as its compulsory through my employer.
