        Initial design work and sales was great, but follow through with project management and ownership of issues was less than ideal. Took 2 years to resolve water issue caused by design flaw and project management missing it. Also as a client, I was not made aware of optional upgrades, until it was too late. For the price, I would expect better service through to completion.
