        No contact number, no email to contact. Biometrics were not uploaded dont know who to contact and where to go, tried quite a lot of numbers after googling and none related to NZ to Australia move, and Other VFS people cant even point us in the right direction by providiong contacts.

        Well website and confirmation says be their 15 min before appointment time. Its already been an hour and 15 minutes over my appointment time and still waiting for my turn . Just wondering what is the fun to book an appointment for particular time ? I would say snails walk faster than their work pace.

        Ugliest receptionist i have ever talked to named 'SWATI' absolutely arrogant attitude telling me to put my advice with me. She told me i am tired of answering so many phone calls(thats the job duties of receptionist) so i simply adviced her to look for another job if you don't like to work there. Such a nonsense people working at the Australian immigration office which represents the entire country AUSTRALIA. shame on you and you keep your ugly attitude in your pocket.
