        The staff at Queenstown airport were great to deal with, and all the requirements were clearly explained. We were very happy to get upgraded to a much nicer vehicle than we booked. The only glitch was the online check-in form that wouldn't accept our drivers license details, but this was quickly dealt with via email, and at the counter.

        Friendly staff, easy to find and the car was very new with all modern features. We had booked a Compact SUV and were provided with X-Trail which worked out very well for our 10 day trip.

        There was some issue with the 3rd party website and surely after checking with them the refund is processed. Thanks. The Enterprise team at Queenstown were of great help.

        Really poor experience with Enterprise. We arrived at the counter at the airport to hear that our rental car had been cancelled. They never tried to call us or find us a replacement car. Lucky we werent in a hurry otherwise we would have been stranded. Wont rent with them again
